Vacant Lots for Sale

An interactive map is coming! For now here are items you can click on and view. This link for a Price Sheet with a Lot Map (Don't forget to take 10% off for the sale!) is current. Construction is planned to start before December 2009 and should take about 6 months. For the 10% pre-construction price, all you need is a pre-purchase agreement and an $1500 deposit to reserve your lot. You will need your financing and a contract for purchase after constuction is complete.
